All single and double rooms are fully furnished and equipped with a refrigerator, shower and toilet. Each room has its own balcony.

In the room there is a wardrobe, a full-size bed with linen drawer, refrigerator, desk, chair, side table and standing shelf for each resident.

An internet connection and cable TV with 14 programs are part of the room equipment. The rooms are regularly cleaned by the house staff and, if necessary, new bed linen is provided.

On each floor there is a modern kitchen with a freezer, microwave and oven, in which each resident has their own lockable kitchen compartment.

Of course, the floor kitchen and the common area are cleaned daily. The room key is part of a secure locking system and also locks the front door.
